Summary: Didn’t have a beach view. Room was in a need of an overall. Bathroom some tiles cracked new flooring badly needed. Wood furniture were all scraped.

Summary: The hotel is comfortable, unpretentious, somewhat old fashioned and very friendly. The rooms facing the lake have a beautiful view, and the Seagull's restaurant offers well made meals at a very reasonable price. This is a great place to stay if you want to relax and leave your daily pressures behind.

Summary: Our girls stay was wonderful. The room was great. We had beeakfast at the restaurant. Very tasty. The staff was very accomodating. Your front entrance could use a fresh up with some new furniture.

Summary: The location is good but the hotel is run down and unmaintained. The cleaners do a good job but the over all room, halls and hotel has been unkept. Service was horrible primarily due to lack of. In a day when you can rent cottages and homes maintaining and upgrading should be a priority.

Summary: A really noice place to stay in Gimli. Went there on a pilagrimage as an Icelander. The Hotel is a bit run-down, but the rooms are up to all standards

Summary: It was quiet! Thank god! I hate hotels that you can hear your neighbors. And the king size bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home. lol. My only complaint was that there was no plug in the bathtub to have a bath:( So shower only.

Summary: You can’t beat this location which is how they get away with not updating. It very much needs a refresh, and updating when it comes to accessibility. Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming which is sad for a town that sees so many tourists. We enjoyed our stay because of what Gimli has to offer rather than this hotel being a star.
